The Architecture of Gaudi

Last week, I posted part of the interview I did with Etsuro Sotoo, sculptor of Gaudi's famous cathedral, La Sagrada Familia. This week, I thought I would show you some of the cathedral and pictures of some of Gaudi's other work. It is like no other work you have ever seen. Remember, Gaudi was an architect NOT of the late twentieth, early twenty-first century, but was, instead from the EARLY twentieth-century. Very much a man ahead of his time and our own.

Casa Batllo:

Imagine the scandal it would cause if this beautiful building were done in NYC? Oh to live in such beauty!
